A. Call to order - The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.

Selectmen Present:
Department Heads Present: Fire Chief Al Henry and Police Chief Carl Wheeler

A. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.

B. Selectmen’s Business
1. Approval of vendor manifests and payroll – September 20, 2010
Chairman Labadie moved to approve the vendor and payroll manifest, seconded by
Selectman Paquette and the motion passed.
2. Approval of Meeting Minutes – September 13, 2010
Chairman Labadie moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Selectman Paquette, and the motion passed.

Selectmen Present:  Cheryl Labadie, Chairman, and Robert Thayer, Selectman. Selectman Paquette arrived at 7:45PM.
   
Department Heads Present:  Randy Smith, Highway Department.

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM.

B.  Approval of vendor manifests  and payroll – September 7 and September 13, 2010

Motion was made by Chairman Labadie to approve both the payroll and vendor manifests for the September 7th and September 13th manifests, seconded by Selectman Thayer and the motion passed.

Minutes of August 2, 2010

Members present:  Cheryl Labadie, Chairman; Selectman Robert Thayer;  Selectman Mark Paquette (arriving at 8:00 PM).

 Administrative Assistant Jody McDermott.

Department Heads present:  Al Henry, Fire Chief.

A.  Call to Order:

The public meeting was called to order at 7:30PM by Chairman Labadie.

Roland and Kathy Fernandez were in attendance to discuss the location of their proposed septic system at 44 Hubbard Road. 

Minutes of July 26, 2010

Members present: Cheryl Labadie, Chairman; Robert Thayer, Selectman; and, Jody McDermott, Administrative Assistant.

Department Heads present: Al Henry, Fire Chief.

The meeting was opened at 7:30 PM.

Al indicated that the Fire Department was not interested in sharing a Fairpoint modem with the Library at this time; he felt it would be better to install the Library now and the Fire Department once the lines to the Fire Station and other issues were resolved.
