Minutes of June 8, 2009

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette, and Bob Thayer

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Timber Tax Levy: The Selectmen signed the Timber Tax Levy. This is the last installment for the 2008-2009 tax year; all report of cut forms has been received.

Robert Grey, resident came in to file for abatement. Robert has spoke to Sean from Avitar, claiming that Avitar has made a mistake. Cheryl will check into this, and get a hold of Avitar.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.

Minutes of June 1, 2009

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Bob Thayer

City Officials Present: Neil "Al" Henry. The fire department raised $500.00 for the yard sale. Al gave the selectmen the agreement for Mutual Aid, the selectmen signed the agreement.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Payroll and bills were approved.

The school surveys have been completed and submitted. Tim Aho came in to discuss this matter with the Selectmen. Most of the surveys were marked NO.

Minutes of May 11, 2009

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, and Bob Thayer.

City Officials Present: Neil "Al" Henry (Fire Chief)

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Neil Henry stated that the fire department has the opportunity to upgrade its' air packs and recieve a substancial savings. The Selectmen approved the purchase order for the upgrade.

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Minutes of April 27, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Bob Thayer, and Mark Paquette.

Others Present: Bob Switzer (Planning Board Chair), Randy Smith (Road Agent)

Payroll and Bills were approved.

The Selectman reviewed and approved an Intent to cut Timber form for property owned by Rick Hotchkiss (M/L 3-077-000,Cross Road).

Meeting Minutes of April 6, 2009 were approved as written.

Meeting Minutes of April 20, 2009 were approved as amended.

Minutes of April 13, 2009

Meeting was called to order at  7:30 p.m.

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette.

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Intent to cut for Ann and Roger Sweet M/L 3-083-001 on Centre St. Sullivan was approved.

Purchase order for Southwest Region Planning Commission for annual dues, was approved.

Fawn will schedule Jim Gibney a represenative from the NH Dept. of Revenue on May 11th at 6:00 p.m. Selectmen Cheryl Labadie and Mark Paquette agree on the date and time.

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette.

Town Officials Present: Neil "Al" Henry (Fire Chief), and Mary Hull (Tax Collector, Town Clerk, and Cemetary, Chris Pratt (Library Trustee).

Others Present: Rick Hotchkiss, Christa patterson.

Rick Hotchkiss turned in his key to the town hall and selectmen's office.

Christa Patterson stopped in to thank Randy Smith for a job well done on Price Rd.

Minutes of March 2, 2009

Selectmen Present: Richard Hotchkiss, Cheryl Labadie, Bob Thayer

Others Present: Pete Bissell, Neil Henry (Fire Chief), Tim Aho (Monadnock Regional School Board Member)

Meeting called to order 7:30 p.m.

Payroll and bills were approved.

P. Bissell, from Quality System Design, presented an amended septic plan for M/L 3-056-000 (5 Arlen Drive).  The Selectmen reviewed and approved the amended plan.

T. Aho spoke briefly about the school warrant articles.

Meeting called to order 7:30 p.m.

Payroll and bills were approved.

The Selectmen reviewed and approved a purchase order for crushed stone from Henniker Sand & Gravel.

The February 16 meeting minutes were approved as written.

J. Forrest, of 267 Centre Street, submitted an application for abatement.  The application will be forwarded to Avitar Associates (contracted assessors) for review.
