Minutes of October 12, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie and Bob Thayer

Meeting minutes of October 5, 2009 were approved.

Payroll and Bills were approved

The Town of Sullivan would like to thank Ed Plaisted for his generous donation of $352.00 the labor and materials needed for the construction of the new front steps at the Library.

Purchase orders for approval.

Minutes of October 5, 2009

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette, Bob Thayer.

Others Present: Neil "Al" Henry (Fire Chief), Randy Smith (Road Agent)

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm

R. Smith stated that he has begun looking at trucks to replace the aging 1989 Chevrolet Kodiak but has not yet been able to find a worthy vehicle; he will continue the search. On other matters, R. Smith stated the required wetland permits and culverts have been received. Once the weather is acceptable, the process of replacing the culverts will begin.

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette and Bob Thayer.

Payroll and Bills will be prepared tomorrow morning at 10:00 am due to the power outage today. Fawn will need the Selectmen to go to the Office to sign the manifest.

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Payroll and Bills Cheryl signed, Mark or Bob will come in on Tuesday to sign.

Unofficial Meeting.

Tammy Sprague brought in a building permit and the fee. It will be given to Fawn to take care of. Tammy asked Al Henry about a fire permit for Wednesday. Al said to call Wednesday.

Meeting Minutes of August 24, 2009

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, and Bob Thayer

Neil "Al" Henry Fire Chief was present. There was a discussion about the three towns getting together to create a POD. The POD will help the three towns in emergencies. They will make a master copy and copy it to give to all three towns.

Purchase order for Cold River Material for the highway Department was approved.

Unofficial Meeting

Representatives from Melanson and Heath will be at the Town Hall Wednesday September 2nd to begin the audit process for the 2008 fiscal year.

Members from the Monadnock School Board will be present September 21st at the Selectmen's meeting.

Discussion about the new pole on Cross Rd. Randy said that they do have to have permission from the town. Randy will look into this.

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Fawn gave the Selectmen a brief summary regarding excavation and the applicable ordinances and statues. Copies of the Community Planning Ordinance, RSA 155-Em RSA 72-B, and RSA 485-A; 17 were available for reference.

Purchase order for Nortrax Equipment it was for the roller rental for the Highway Departmen, was approved.
