Others Present: Tim Aho (Valley Road), Henry Brooks JR (South Road), Cheryl Labadie (South Road), C. Christopher Pratt (Moderator), and Roger Sweet (Conservation Commission)

Meeting called to order 7:30pm.

R. Sweet gave the Board of Selectmen a draft of a proposed article to be placed on the Town warrant to establish a capital reserve fund for the conservation commission.

Others Present: Bill Kingsbury, Randy Smith, Roger Sweet, and Al Henry

Meeting called to order 7:30pm

Bill Kingsbury came to inquiry on his junkyard permit. We did not locate his paperwork until after he left. Bill had brochure from the state he was showing.

Minutes of January 5, 2004

Selectmen Present: Michael Carney, Richard Hotchkiss, and Richard Labadie

Others Present: Al Henry (Fire Chief)

Meeting called to order 7:30pm. Payroll and bills were approved.

Neil A. Henry was appointed Fire Chief for a term of two years and Scott Lake was appointed Deputy Fire Chief for a term of two years.

Meeting adjourned 8:23pm.
