Sullivan Town Hall
February 17, 2015

Present:  Lindsay Hamrick, Wendy Pelletier, Roger Sweet, Eric White, Chip Woodbury and Becky Cummings.

The minutes of the January meeting were accepted as read.

Lindsay said that a hearing will be held tomorrow on Senate Bill 83.  SB 83, an act relative to the powers of conservation commissions - prohibits members of municipal conservation commissions from serving as agents of the municipality when gathering information about a property not acquired by the conservation commission.  A brief discussion followed.

Eric presented a map of the plan for the Route 9 reconstruction – hearing to be held on March 3 at the Town Hall.

A sign featuring some of Eric’s photos was constructed by the Co-op Extension Service for the Town Farm.  It has also been part of a Georgia elementary school display and will be put out at town meeting for people to see.

Eric hopes to do mapping of the Forest Society land in town with GPS.

Town clean-up day was briefly discussed and the date set for May 2.

Wendy Pelletier was voted in as a new member.

Roger reported that the energy committee will now concentrate on the town hall.  Margaret Dillon was there today doing an energy audit on the building.  He also reported that the library furnace recently failed.

Meeting adjourned at 8:05 pm.

Respectfully Submitted,
Becky Cummings
