Reference:    Previous ZBA Hearing 03/15/2015, Your e-mail of 04/10/2013

Dear Ms. Forcier,

The application previously submitted was incomplete, lacked specific information and failed to address some of the common concerns of the Sullivan ZBA.  A hearing on your application was held on 15/March so the entire board would have an opportunity to review your application and identify any additional information the board deemed necessary.

We also requested that the information be submitted well in advance of the rescheduled hearing (19/April/2013) so that the board members would have a reasonable opportunity to review the information.  Please keep in mind the ZBA in Sullivan is a voluntary board, so reviews and hearings are performed outside of the board member’s normal daily responsibilities.

At this point, you have failed to submit a complete notification list though you agreed to provide this to the board secretary within a few days after the initial hearing.  You have not submitted a complete copy of the FFL application, you have not submitted a plat, etc.

Do to time constraints on notification and required posting of public notice, we have no choice except to cancel the rescheduled hearing

We suggest that you resubmit an application to the ZBA Secretary when you have all of the information outlined on our application form and those items identified and requested by the board members.

Provide attachments to the application which address the general instructions and all bullet points identified in section 3 of the application form.  This includes a rough plat with dimensions for the site and a fully complete application for the FFL   The FFL application should be complete enough so it could be directly submitted to BATF in that form.

Attach a notification list IAW all instructions given in section 5 of the application form.

For the Sullivan NH Zoning Board of Adjustment
