Announcement of a ZBA hearing in Stoddard with regional significance
Anderson&Kreiger, LLP, representing Lakefalls Associates, is applying for a special exception to allow the construction of a cell tower for use by New Cingular Wireless.  The hearing will be Wednesday, November 10, at 7 p.m. in the Stoddard Town Hall.  A site visit will be conducted Saturday, November 6, at 11 a.m., beginning at the town hall.  Stoddard has notified Sullivan (and undoubtedly other neighboring towns) in compliance with state law requiring broadcast of proposed projects of regional impact.

Preliminary consultation for a subdivision of the Parsonage property
Mr. Tony Hipple presented preliminary plans to divide the Parsonage property on Centre Street into 4 lots (including the existing house).  Following further research, he will return with an application for subdivision.  He is particularly interested to know whether the town wants the old schoolhouse, which abuts Jewett Park.

Master plan update
The planning questionnaire seeking public opinion about Sullivan’s priorities was included with the recent newsletter issue.  To date, about 8 have been returned.  More copies will be left at the store and at the town hall.

When Chairman Switzer has assembled some census data, he will call another meeting of the Master Plan committee to take next steps.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Ann Sweet, Secretary
