Driveway issues: Randy Smith
Laventure application for an improvement of a long-existing curb cut to a large field. The application needs to have a lot number and an accompanying drawing indicating where the drive exists. Additionally, the owner must be sure the grade of the beginning of the driveway is in accord with Article IV.9 of the Driveway Regulations.

Driveway owners (probably 6) who have not implemented the requirement for paving the driveway aprons need to be sent a letter reminding them of that obligation. Some of those driveways have money in escrow meant to cover the cost of such paving. However, the cost of materials has risen, and the escrow accounts may not suffice. Mr. Smith will bring the facts to the secretary, who will write the letters.
