Also present were Carlene Wheeler, Karl Wheeler, Richard Jarvis,  and Steve Hamilton.

The minutes of the meeting of August 4 were approved as distributed.

Public hearing on the application of Richard Jarvis for a subdivision of his property on Gilsum Road, including a lot line adjustment

Completeness of the application:  7:05 p.m.
Regarding the board’s concern about the appearance of Carlene Wheeler’s name on the plat’s title block, the surveyor sent the board a letter explaining that, since the plat includes both the subdivision of the Jarvis property and a lot line adjustment with the Wheeler property, names of both property owners must appear.  The board was satisfied with this explanation.

Regarding the board’s concern about the need to note that the right of way currently belonging to the Wheelers on the remaining Jarvis property be eliminated, Paul Grasewicz of GRAZ Engineering declared in his letter that the note #10 had been revised and the right-of-way removed on the plan view.

A motion (Smith/Degree) to accept the application as complete passed without dissent.

Merits of the application: 7:10
Chairman Switzer asked for questions/comments from the board and then the public.  There were none.  A motion (Little/Degree) to approve the subdivision/lot line adjustment as present passed without dissent.

A boundary walk was planned for the next morning, September 2.
