  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Pro-tempore Laura Merrifield called the meeting
    to order at

    6:30 pm.
    Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the April
    4, 2016 meeting, seconded by Joseph Lewandowski. The minutes were
    unanimously approved.

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Stephen
    Hamilton
    -Question
    about Property-Mr. Hamilton wants to purchase a manufactured housing
    unit and put it next to the intended pad. He will present the town
    with a proposal.

  1. Report
    of Timber Cut 15-433-04-T, Ferry Brook Road
    -Bill
    incorrect will revisit at next meeting. Timber operation #
    15-433-05-619 Centre Street-Report of No Cut received.

  1. Handicapped
    Accessible door buzzer/doorbell
    -A
    buzzer will be purchased to go on that door and a letter will be
    sent to Tom Blake thanking him for his suggestion.
