  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at

    6:30 pm. Joe Lewandowski
    made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 17, 2017 meeting,
    seconded by Jeff Burbank. The minutes were unanimously approved.

  1. PUBLIC
    COMMENT-None

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Discussion
    and recommendation for the Overseer of the Poor around the Municipal
    Work Program
    -The Board
    reviewed the Welfare Guidelines and agreed that at this time there
    was not enough work available to administrate this program but would
    consider other requests on a case by case basis.

  1. Adoption
    of revised Community Planning Ordinance and Building Permit
    Forms
    -The amended CPO was
    received. The Building Permit was amended and approved by the Board.
    Laura Merrifield will work on the Building Permit Checklist for
    review at the next meeting.

  1. Acknowledgement
    of Financial Reports and Adjusting Journal Entries-March
    -The
    financial report was reviewed. The Board had a question about a
    payment and Kate will follow up with MRI. Acknowledged by Board.

  1. Valley
    Junk Yard Inspection- Land Cruiser Drive
    -Possible
    inspection dates were discussed and the documents needed were
    reviewed. Kate will call and book a date with Mr. Valley and post
    the inspection.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -Approved
    as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    - Legislative
    Bulletin from the NHMA received. Selectmen summer hours distributed.
    NHMA directory update received. NH OEP memorandum received. Thank
    you note from Keene Community Kitchen received. Discussion
    opportunity from UNH around community outreach initiatives May, 10
    at 8:30 in Concord received. Training from DRA Veteran Tax credits,
    June 6 at 9am in Campton received. Jeff Burbank asked about the
    Veterans Credit legislation and when the Slip Trip and Fell training
    was rescheduled.
