  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Pro-tempore Laura Merrifield called the meeting
    to order at
    6:30
    pm. Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the
    March 28, 2016 meeting, seconded by Joseph Lewandowski. The minutes
    were unanimously approved.

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Report
    of Timber Cut 15-433-03-T, 169 Ferry Brook Road
    -Signed
    by the Board.

  1. Fairpoint
    Abatement Recommendation from Avitar
    -The
    Board followed the recommendation from Avitar and denied the
    abatement.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -
    Approved as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -NHMA Legislative
    Bulletin received, SWRPC highlights sheet received, Invitation from
    the Conservation committee around the use of Jewett Park received, a
    memo from Twin Bridge Services detailing IT project received, Flyer
    from the Humane Society offering discounted services approved and
    posted, Communication from Bradley and Faulkner following up
    regarding property on Gilsum Road. Residents that received any votes
    for selectmen were sent a letter and there was no affirmative
    response; therefor the Selectmen will post a public notice for the
    opening at key public places. The meeting for April 11
    th
    will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be posted.

  1. Personnel
    Manual
    -The manual was
    discussed, edits will be made in the next draft and it will be
    reviewed again in two weeks.

Chairman Pro-tempore Laura Merrifield moved to adjourn the meeting at
7:50 pm.
