  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at

    6:30 pm.
    Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the January
    30, 2017 meeting, seconded by Joe Lewandowski. The minutes were
    unanimously approved with one amendment.

  1. PUBLIC
    COMMENT-None

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Doug
    Valley-Land Cruiser Drive
    -Mr.
    Valley came in to review plans to demolish and rebuild a garage for
    his business; he brought in a copy of plans for the new building. He
    also brought in a recent land survey and there was a discussion
    about the land in current use. Mr. Valley brought in the paperwork
    to initiate his new junkyard permit.

  1. Final
    Review Purchasing Policy

    -The Board will revisit this at the next meeting.

  1. Review
    of application for 2017 Transportation Projects
    -The
    Board reviewed the application and decided that it should be a joint
    effort between the Planning Board, Selectmen and Highway Department.
    Kate will ask Leslie Casey and Randy Smith for their input on adding
    Centre Street to the project list.

  1. Appointment
    to Planning Board as Alternate for Milton Trimitsis
    -There
    was a misprint in the appointment paper work so it will be signed
    next week.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -Approved
    as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -
    Sherriff’s Annual Report received. MCVP Crisis Prevention Center
    request for funding received. List of Red Listed Bridges received.
    Legislative Bulletin from the NHMA received. Brush Fire
    Reimbursement Check from Stoddard received. Planning Board Minutes
    from January 4

    received. An anonymous letter was received criticizing the Town web
    site and the antiquated language in the Warrant. SWRPC Highlights
    received. Invitation to dinner and winter meeting SWRPC, February
    28
    th
    at 5:00 at Papagallos in Keene. A letter and newspaper article
    regarding Cheshire County Shooting Sports Education Foundation was
    reviewed by the Board. Laura Merrifield is working on a rough
    projection of next year’s taxes for the Town meeting.
