  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Gary Patnode called the meeting to order at 6:30
    pm. Chairman Gary Patnode made a motion to approve the minutes of
    the February 1, 2016 meeting, seconded by Joe Lewandowski. The
    minutes were unanimously approved with corrections. Laura Merrifield
    made a motion to accept the minutes of the February 1, 2016
    non-public session seconded by Chairman Gary Patnode.

    BUSINESS:

  1. Appointment
    Signatures
    -The Board signed
    the appointment for Laura Lewandowski as the Health Officer.

  1. Building
    Permit for Theresa Hotchkiss and Tim Sargent
    -Approved
    by Board.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -
    Approved as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -Update on Fire
    Department’s 1994 Jeep; it was used in a training exercise and
    then sent to a scrap yard. Planning Board Minutes from January 6,
    2016 received. Communication from Health Trust. NHMA Legislative
    Bulletin. Right to Know Seminar reminder. Presidents Holiday
    discussed, meeting will proceed as usual. Newsletter deadline is
    February 15
    th.
    Mrs. Merrifield distributed the draft minutes of the last budget
    committee meeting and the final version of the budget document with
    expenses to year end.

  1. Review
    of Employee Handbook

    Draft-Handbook
    has had first review. Kate will incorporate the edits and get the
    Handbook ready for further review; with the goal of a finalized
    document in three months.

Chairman Gary Patnode moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:00pm.
