January 28, 2013 – 7:30 PM

A. CALL TO ORDER: Mark Paquette called the meeting to order at 6:30PM



Due to the snow storm Stephanie Jacques-Kline called in to update the Selectmen regarding the purchase of the Sullivan school building. The school building needs to be re-purchased by the new Sullivan School District, however the Sullivan School District does not have the borrowing capacity due to not having any financial history to determine repayment of the loan. The cost of repurchasing the school building will need to be added to the 2013-2014 school budget.

Stephanie also advised the Selectmen that the walk-thru that had been cancelled from the previous week had been rescheduled for Thursday, January 31st at 4:30. Both Gary and Mark plan to attend this walk-thru with MRSD and the commercial realtor being being considered for the sale of the school.

General business including the approving of payroll and vendor payments, review of invoices and PO’s were addressed.

Meeting minutes from January 14 and 21st were approved.


Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
