TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to
6:30 pm. Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve
of the January 16, 2017 meeting, seconded
by Joe Lewandowski. The
minutes were unanimously approved.
about Purchasing Policy -The Board reviewed the policy
