  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Gary Patnode called the meeting to order at 6:30
    pm. Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the
    December 28, 2015 meeting, seconded by Chairman Gary Patnode. The
    minutes were unanimously approved with one small correction.

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Steve
    Hamilton-Veteran’s Credit and procedures for expanding mobile home
    park-
    Mr.
    Hamilton requested that the veteran’s credit be increased from
    $100 to $250. There are 27 citizens who use this credit for a total
    of $2700; if the $250 is approved that number would increase to
    $6750. The Board advised that it would need to have an effective
    date and supported making this a warrant article at the next town
    meeting. Mr. Hamilton’s mobile home park expansion questions were
    referred to the Planning Board.

  1. Fire
    Department Appointments-

    The Board approved the new appointments.


  1. Winter Operations Snow
    Removal and Ice Control Policy
    -The
    Board reviewed and approved the policy. It will be available in the
    Selectman’s office and on the Town’s website.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    –Approved
    as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -Communication
    from lawyers about continued litigation with Fairpoint, NST Training
    available, NHMA Bulletin.

  1. OLD
    BUSINESS: Check received from A. Jones for incurred legal expenses.
    AA to follow up with attorney on compliance issues.

  1. NON-PUBLIC:
    None.

Laura Merrifield moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:32pm.
