  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at

    6:32 pm.
    Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the March
    6, 2017 meeting, seconded by Joe Lewandowski. The minutes were
    unanimously approved with one amendment.

    COMMENT-None

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Presentation
    of Prime Award by Phil St. Cyr of Primex
    -This
    award was accepted by the Town and represents achieving a set of ten
    best practice standards for risk management, this award also results
    in an insurance discount.

  1. DRA
    Equalization Ratio for 2016
    -Reviewed
    by Board and it was noted that the DRA had to include 2014 and 2015
    figures to get the 20 sales needed to formulate this statistic.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -Approved
    as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -
    Legislative Bulletin from the NHMA received. SWRPC Highlights
    received. UNH Economic Academy Training questionnaire received.
    Slip, Trip and Fall Training for April 11
    th
    from 2-4:30 flyers distributed. Trustee financial reports for
    February received. Letter from Keene Fire around secondary ambulance
    service received. Letter from Sullivan Fire Department around
    ambulance service and capital reserves received. Joe Lewandowski
    commended on the letter the Town had sent in support of municipal
    rights in regards to the Northern Pass. Laura Merrifield reported on
    the FEMA meeting that she attended that discussed sensitive flooding
    areas.

Laura Merrifield moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:27 pm.
