  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at

    6:32 pm.
    Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the March
    13, 2017 meeting, seconded by Joe Lewandowski. The minutes were
    unanimously approved.

    BUSINESS:

    a Chairperson
    -Joe
    Lewandowski made a motion to nominate Laura Merrifield as Board
    Chair. Jeff Burbank seconded the motion. Vote in the affirmative.

    List Update
    -The
    Board updated the phone list.


  1. Appointments-Roger
    Sweet, appointment to Conservation Commission and Marie Robinson,
    appointment as Deputy Tax Collector/Tax Collector signed by Board.

  1. Pay
    Rate Changes
    -Signed
    by Board.

  1. Payroll,
    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -Approved
    as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -
    Legislative Bulletin from the NHMA received. 1
    st
    quarter Joint Loss management meeting is March 21st. Property
    inventories (PA-28) mailed on March 21st. Follow up on Waste
    Management bill; we have a credit on our account. Due to the new
    Community Planning Ordinance the Building Permit form will need to
    be changed. Joe Lewandowski commented on committee memberships and
    Laura Merrifield will get clarification. There was a short
    discussion around how school enrolment figures compare to Marlow; a
    town with roughly the same number of school children. Joe
    Lewandowski mentioned the letter written in support of Town rights
    in respect to the North Pass, the courts did not support the
    position of the towns. Junk yard were discussed for purpose of
    informing Jeff Burbank of the laws governing them.
