Meeting Minutes of June 29, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Selectmen present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette, and Bob Thayer.

Payroll and Bills were approved.

City Officials Present: Neil "Al" Henry. There was a discussion about the town of Sullivan and having a place to go for emergencies. The town of Sullivan is all set; we have  the Town Hall and the church. Al says that the Swine Flu now known, as H1N1 there will be a vaccine coming out in October.

Residents Present: Frank Philbrick, he was inquiring about a couple of properties in Town that need to be cleaned up after a fire and too many cars and trucks in the yard. Cheryl will check into these properties, and what should be done.

Fawn printed out some budget sheets for the selectmen to go over to understand the process. The selectmen reviewed the budget sheets.

Mark Paquette brought in an estimate for the door at the Library. There was only one person that submitted an estimate. Cheryl Labadie motioned to hire Edward Plaisted for the work to be done at the Library Bob Thayer seconded it.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
