Selectmen present: Rick Hotchkiss, Cheryl Labadie, Bob Thayer

Town Officials present: Steve Hamilton

Citizens present: Frank Paquette, Mark Paquette and Ms. Roberts speaking for her mother, Joyce Roberts

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM

Town bills were reviewed and approved.

Mark Paquette is concerned about the building line on his property on Gilsum Road. He wants to put a mobile home on the land for Frank Paquette and he is wondering if he can change his land setup to accommodate this plan. The selectmen said he can move back on property so long as he doesn’t violate the 20 ft. rule. He wants to amend his building lot. He will need a building permit to put a mobile home on a slab.

Joyce Roberts is concerned about the boundaries that separate her land from David Wilson’s land. Rick got a property map and showed her where she can find her property pins. If there is any further dispute it will be a civil matter.

Steve Hamilton said that Dale Paquette is appealing his denial for special exceptions to run his business on the Price road. He has obtained a lawyer.

Tim Aho left information regarding the Evergreen clause in MRSD contract. This is regarding house bill 1436. A list of Representatives their addresses and Email addresses is provided as to contact them regarding this.

The highway dept. Purchase order was approved, for a Fischer stainless blade with lights for the F550 Ford. This is in the amount of $3570.00.

A discussion about the town hall exterior painting came to the conclusion that we need to find some candidates to bid on the job.

Copies of the updated Community Planning ordinances were reviewed.

Due to regulations on the tax deeds and tax regulations, Mary Hull presented deed waivers and the selectmen signed these as to not tax deed the houses of the respected people.
