Meeting Minutes, December 17, 2018
Sullivan Town Hall

Board members present: Laura Merrifield, Jeff Burbank and Marsha Cook

Public: None

CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Jeffrey Burbank made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 10th, 2018 meeting, seconded by Marsha Cook. The minutes were unanimously approved as amended.

PUBLIC COMMENT: None

SELECTMEN’S BUSINESS:

Acknowledgement of Financial Reports and Adjusting Journal Entries for Nov – Received and signed.

Employment paperwork for signature – Signed.

Payroll, vendor payments, and purchase orders – Manifest and purchase orders were approved as submitted. Laura Merrifield reported on information received from Chief Henry. The Board has continued questions on one PO. Laura Merrifield will follow up with the Boards response.

Miscellaneous/General Discussion
The Budget Committee Joint School and Town Public Hearing was moved to Jan 17th at 6:30pm
The New Hampshire Municipal Association sent a letter relative to State Aid to Municipalities History and Trends - Received
The Antrim Planning Board sent notice of a public hearing about an application from Vertex Tower Assets, LLC – Received
100 Nights News Letter – Received
Land Use Change Tax form – 373 Rt 9 – Map 6-11-4 – Signed
Land Use Change Tax form – 98 Ferry Brook Road – Map 5-21 – Signed
The Board rescheduled the meetings of 12/24 and 12/31 to 1/2/19

Non-Public: Legal – Laura Merrifield made a motion to enter into a non-public session for Legal issues at 7:54pm. Seconded by Marsha Cook. The Board returned to the public meeting at 8:24pm.

MOTION: Laura Merrifield moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:25pm.  SECOND: Marsha Cook
