Minutes of June 1, 2009

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Bob Thayer

City Officials Present: Neil "Al" Henry. The fire department raised $500.00 for the yard sale. Al gave the selectmen the agreement for Mutual Aid, the selectmen signed the agreement.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Payroll and bills were approved.

The school surveys have been completed and submitted. Tim Aho came in to discuss this matter with the Selectmen. Most of the surveys were marked NO.

Purchase orders for Cold River Materials and Fred Jackson for the Hwy Department, were approved. It is for hardpack and Fred Jackson will haul the material.

Fawn has received all the Report of Timber Cut forms for the logging operations for 2008-2009. The last batch of timber tax bills will be prepared of the next Monday Selectmen's Meeting.

David Kinson has inquired about the requirements for operating his gravel pit on Gilsum Rd. Fawn has referred him to the planning board. Selectmen reviewed the history of the gravel pit.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
