 Meeting Minutes, November 13, 2017

Board members present: Acting Chairman Jeff Burbank and Joe Lewandowski

Public: None

A. CALL TO ORDER: Acting Chairman Jeff Burbank called the meeting to order at 6:30. Joe Lewandowski made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 6, 2017 meeting, seconded by Jeff Burbank. The minutes were unanimously approved. 



1. Notice of Intent to Cut Timber-17-433-07-T-Gilsum Road Map 1 Lot 19 Sub 2-Signed by Board. 

2. Application for Current Use–Map 5 Lot 18-Current Use Manual reviewed and application signed by Board. 

3. Propane contract from Keene Gas-Signed by Board, it was noted that the contract is for the Library and the Town Hall. 

4. Payroll, Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders-Purchase orders and manifest approved as submitted.

Miscellaneous/General Discussion-Loose chickens complaint on Connor Drive referred to Cheshire County Sheriff Department. Response from the Monadnock Humane Society, the price of a surrendered stray dog is $100.00. Chief Henry brought in a draft parking ordinance earlier in the week; Jeff Burbank asked that the Board get copies. Municipal Agreement for the DOT resigned by Board. 

Board of Selectmen-General Discussion-Joe Lewandowski asked that Kate call the DOT about a missing sign near Granite Gorge. 


    MOTION: Jeff Burbank moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 pm.  

    SECOND: Joe Lewandowski

    APPROVED: Unanimously approved.
