Board members present: Chairman Laura J. Merrifield, Joe Lewandowski and Jeff Burbank

Department Heads/Officers: Health Officer-Laura Lewandowski

Staff: Kate Fuller, Administrative Assistant

Public: None

CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at 7:20 immediately following the Budget Meeting. Jeff Burbank made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 16, 2017 meeting, seconded by Joe Lewandowski. The minutes were unanimously approved as amended.



Odor Nuisance RSA 147-Health Officer-Laura Lewandowski-Laura bough forward a neighbor complaint about 419 South Road. A strong sewage odor was noted coming from that property. After  discussion; it was decided that Mrs. Lewandowski will contact the DES to see if they can help or offer advice.

2017 Tax Warrant for signature-Signed by Board.

Acknowledgement of Financial Reports and expense adjustments-September-Expenses and detail report reviewed and acknowledged by Board.

Utility Agreements for signature- Contracts for Keene Gas for diesel fuel and Davis Oil for  oil signed by Board.

Intent to Cut-169 Ferry Brook Road-17-433-04-T-for signature-Signed by Board

Payroll, Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders-Purchase orders and manifest approved as submitted.
Miscellaneous/General Discussion-Invitation from SWRPC Fall Meeting, November 14th at the Historical Society in Keene at 5pm. Question about JLMC hosting First Aid/CPR training, Kate will explore training options.  

Board of Selectmen-General Discussion-Joe Lewandowski brought up congested parking at 14 Rugg Road. Kate followed up regarding other areas of congested parking with Road Agent-Randy Smith and there are no other areas. Reminder that Tuesday the 24th there will be a site inspection at 267 Centre Street.
