  1. CALL
    TO ORDER: Chairman Laura Merrifield called the meeting to order at

    6:30 pm.
    Laura Merrifield made a motion to approve the minutes of the October
    10, 2016 meeting, seconded by Joe Lewandowski. The minutes were
    unanimously approved.

  1. PUBLIC
    COMMENT-None.

  1. SELECTMEN’S
    BUSINESS:

  1. Mary
    Hull-Tax Collector-Tax Deeding update for 101 Gilsum Road, Roland
    and Kathleen Fernandes
    -

Mary needs more time to
gather information from our legal advisors.

  1. Laura
    Lewandowski-Health Officer-gray water issue
    -Laura
    is writing two letters, acting on complaints about people living in
    campers at 193 Gilsum Road-M 3 Lot 23 and 50 Centre Street-M 6 Lot
    27. Mrs. Lewandowski also brought forward a concern about dog bites,
    she will contact the Sherriff to get some clarification around the
    process of reporting and follow up.

    Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders
    -Approved
    as submitted.

  1. Miscellaneous/General
    Discussion
    -Abutting
    towns are responding to second perambulation request. SWRPC
    commission highlights received. Communication from Mitchell
    Municipal Group regarding other town’s litigation with Fairpoint
    received. Response from Judy Pearson of NHMA about wage and benefit
    survey compilation date received. Invitations: Keeping Cool in
    Conflicts sponsored by Primex on October 27
    th
    at 9am in Concord. Mrs. Merrifield reported a concerned Sullivan
    resident contacted her at home (10/16/16). She encouraged the
    individual to bring their concern forward at the next BOS meeting.

Laura Merrifield moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 pm.
