A. CALL TO ORDER: Rick Hotchkiss opened the meeting at 7:35

B. CITIZEN’S DISCUSSION: Non Scheduled

C. SELECTMEN’S BUSINESS:

1. Payroll and Vendor Manifest

2. Signatures for Tax Collector’s Warrant

3. Signatures for MS-1 Filing

4. PO Approval

5. Status update on MS-5 Filing

6. Approve Meeting Minutes from September 19, 2011

D. OTHER BUSINESS:

Rick has priced out a new computer system that will cost approximately

$2,000.00. Rick will pay for it himself and then be reimbursed by the Town of

Sullivan.

MOTION: Bob Thayer moved to approve the purchase of the computer.

SECOND: Mark Paquette seconded.

MOTION: Rick Hotchkiss moved to approve the September 19^th, 2011

Meeting Minutes.

SECOND: Mark Paquette seconded.

MOTION: Rick Hotchkiss moved to approve the September 26^th, 2011

Meeting Minutes.

SECOND: Bob Thayer seconded.
