The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM
Payroll and bills were reviewed and approved
Purchase orders were approved- Southwestern Community Services annual appropriation $1000.00-PB&H Equipment-filters for grader and backhoe $432.03—Town of Nelson-reimbursement for 5/26 forest fire $694.86. The propane pre buys from Keene Gas are in the amounts of $3128.12 and $3843.60.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM
Town bills were reviewed and approved.
A purchase order was approved for Firematic Corp; this was for the replacement of gas meter sensors.
It was discussed that a deliberative session is scheduled for Sat. Aug. 9 at 10am at MRHS; this is regarding the upcoming vote on the proposed revised teachers’ contract.

Crystal Rokes was informed by Ray Maclean to leave her paperwork for zoning variance with selectmen. She is interested in building an apartment over her garage but she only has one acre of land, therefore she needs a variance.
