Minutes of January 5, 2009

Selectmen present: Rick Hotchkiss, Cheryl Labadie, Bob Thayer

Town Officials present: Al Henry 

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM

Town bills were reviewed and approved.

A copy of the updated Selectmen’s budget was reviewed.The budget committee will meet Thursday January 8 at 7:00 to discuss this budget. The committee will also meet on January 14.

Al Henry wanted to let the Selectmen know that there was definitely a State of Emergency declared due to the recent ice storm; he has submitted all the necessary paperwork to the State.

City Officials present: Al Henry and Randy Smith

Citizens present: Del Ouellette and Marcie Daniels

The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm

Payroll and bills were accepted

Al Henry informed the Selectmen that there will be a conference call on 1/13/2009, this call will be with FEMA regarding debris cleanup from the recent ice storm.
